Format
Construction of a production and property complex on one of the land plots of the greenfield type of Industrial and logistics park of the Novosibirsk region (ILP) or on the territory of the single-industry town of Linevo.
Characteristics of the plot for placement
ILP is a modern investment platform with a full complex of engineering, road and transport infrastructure, located in close proximity to Tolmachevo international airport. The TRANS-Siberian railway and the federal highway R-254 pass through the park.
Localization of the production building on the industrial land plot of the Linevo village allows to get the maximum preferences and tax benefits possible on the territory of the region by assigning the status of a resident of the ADZ.
Key project benefits
1. Steadily increasing demand for ready-made pet food. According to experts, the volume of sales of industrial cat and dog food will increase by 10-15% annually.
2. Over the past three years, the production of ready-made pet food in the Russian Federation has increased (in 2016, about 788 thousand tons of ready-made pet food were produced, which is 6.5% higher than the previous year's production).
3. Product with a high added value. The average producer price for ready-made pet food in 2017, according to expert estimates, increased by 23.9% compared to last year.
4. Availability of raw materials: Novosibirsk region is one of the TOP-10 largest producers of agricultural goods in Russia. At the end of 2016, the production of livestock and poultry meat in all categories of farms in the region amounted to about 238.7 thousand tons of meat, with a production index of 101.0% compared to 2015.
