Creation of a multifunctional production and warehouse complex with a well-developed infrastructure for the production of specialized machines and equipment.

Purpose of products

Machines and equipment for:

• the production of welding, masonry and reinforcing mesh

• the production of bulk pile frames

• molding shops of reinforced concrete products factories

• bending 2D and 3D wire, rebar and mesh

straightening and cutting of wires and fittings

150 units per year

Rent without bidding with the subsequent right of redemption through the procedure of obtaining the status of a large-scale investment project

• Property and land tax – 0%

• Income tax - 0% for the first 5 years of the project implementation

Subsidies

• subsidizing part of the expenses for equipment purchase – up to 25% of expenses

• tax exemption – up to 7 years

Regional investment project

A participant in a regional investment project has the right to apply a reduced income tax rate – up to 10%
