Legislation

Following the adoption of the Federal Law on public-private partnership 224-FZ the Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk region has started the development of regional legal framework. Moreover, the development of legal framework is taking place this year intended to increase implementation efficiency of the Federal Law provisions on concessionary agreements. In August the decision making procedure concerning concessionary agreement for the term exceeding validity period of budget liabilities approved limits on behalf of the Novosibirsk region was adopted. The procedure for consideration of private initiative and forming the objects offered to investors in concession is at approval stage.
