The official website of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia presented electronic register of natural monopolies in maintenance of which the FAS of Russia performs state regulation and control on the definition, establishment and application of tariffs.

Search in the registry is available in several areas of activity:
- in the field of communication;
- in the field of water, wastewater, using the centralized systems of municipal infrastructure systems;
- in the field of radioactive waste disposal;
- in the energy sector;
- in transport.

Also, within each of these areas, you can choose a section, for example, sections are available in the energy sector: "Services for the transfer of thermal and (or) electric energy", "Transport of gas through pipelines", "Transportation of oil and (or) oil pipelines products", "Services for operational dispatch management. "

The registry contains information about the subjects of natural monopolies in all regions of Russia, including in the Novosibirsk region.
